All of the front sensors did not last 11 months, the dealer claims we damaged them. It is my belief the factory sensors are not of good quality and could not stand up to normal wear and tear. When I pulled into the dealership, nobody came out to the car to check me in. I kind of stood there a minute and then just decided to go in and find somebody. Everyone just stood around and looked at me unti car to check me in. I kind of stood there a minute and then just decided to go in and find somebody. Everyone just stood around and looked at me until I approached somebody at their desk. He barely made note of me. Waited for my oil change for about an hour and 45 minutes. Then I was sent by text to approve new tires that were suggested to be replaced on the card. Nobody came over and addressed this with me. They were just waiting for a text to come back through. I went up And approached Austin to get more info on the tires. The car was new and only had 15,000 miles. I thought new tires were unusual. He then let me know that this was just a suggestion for next time around. All other dealerships always come and talk to me. Help me out. The service was absolutely terrible. The only reason I continue to go there for my oil change is because it is free included with the new purchase of my car. More

I called in about my BMW X1 having an unrepairable flat tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work o tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. I was received very well upon arrival, plus the maintenance person began work on my replacement tire immediately and washed the vehicle in minimal time. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
