BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love.

I don't think the rating choices here are reasonable. I showed up for service and the bay was closed, door was locked with a note of "Gone for the day". Ended up having to driver over to the BMW side af I showed up for service and the bay was closed, door was locked with a note of "Gone for the day". Ended up having to driver over to the BMW side after searching an empty mini building for someone who could help. Austin was put in a weird situation and did a great job of helping us out. Austin was super helpful and it all worked out. Just don't understand why I was scheduled to a building that noone was work at. I really can't evaluate anything else on the experience with Mini since I never interacted with anyone there. More

Unfortunately not the service expected for a place that claims to be the best in Wichita. They don’t take their word on warranty claims and try to make sure you pay premium for something should be covered. claims to be the best in Wichita.
