Its getting so hard and dreadful to buy a car anymore if you are really trying to find the best price. I had begun my process by sending requests for best out the door price from about 10 or 12 different dealers when I decided to purchase my new Honda civic. Shottenkirk Honda immediately stood out of the pack. As soon as they knew what I wanted and details about my trade they promptly came with a clear and transparent offer. While it did include some extras I was not interested in they offered me a really fair offer for my trade. After a quick counter they came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. I was so happy I no longer needed to play the sales games with the other dealers anymore. Bottom line is this dealership is run right and it shows. KASTEN and AUSTIN were fantastic. Coming from a car guy who had purchased more cars than I should admit, ive been through this process probably 20 or more times in dealers all over the country. This was honestly one of the quickest, smoothest, pain free car buying experiences ive ever had. The vibe in dealing with the people here reminded me of the good ol days where there was genuine sincerity and transparency in the hand shake. Everyone at this Honda dealership made me feel welcomed and interested in making me a deal. I previously went to Honda in Huntsville and they didn’t seem too interested if I bought a vehicle or not. Throughout the next week I began researching vehicles again. I was stuck on Honda or Toyota. My husband suggested we go to Decatur to Honda and then Toyota next. Test drive different crossovers/SUVs to decide what I really wanted. Regardless what I decided on, I wanted a white vehicle with gray interior. However, when I walked inside the dealership, a red SUV caught my eye. I asked my husband, “What is that?” He said a Pilot and I didn’t believe him….it looked different. I was in love and I never really cared about how a vehicle looked as long as it would get me where I was going without any problems. Did I mention that I have never wanted a red vehicle in my years of buying them? I love my new ride! Thanks to all the staff for making this lady happy! My grandkids love it, and other family members. My sister just got a Toyota 4 Runner and having regrets. She said, a Honda Pilot Trailsport will be her next ride. Thank you More
