A little too pushy and his whole demeanor changed once he found out I wasn’t buying any additional extended warranty. “Most people that buy a luxury vehicle like to protect it” and “sign here to deny all coverage”. I think what he meant was, “sign here to deny all additional coverage”. Those two comments we found amusing. It came across unprofessional. More
