I would especially like to recognize Nick Christianson, who was wonderful throughout all aspects of our purchase. Nick was professional, helpful, and made us feel valued as customers. We truly appreciated the level of service he provided. Our salesperson, Bobby Bosley, was helpful throughout the purchasing process and did a good job keeping us updated on when our GX would arrive and be ready for pickup. His communication regarding the vehicle’s arrival was helpful and very much appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a couple of interactions that took away from what otherwise should have been a very exciting experience. Before taking delivery, I asked Bobby if it would be possible to have a bow placed on the GX as a surprise for my wife. I wanted to make the moment a little more special for her. Bobby told me that the bows were reserved for the holidays, so I accepted his explanation and didn’t think anything more of it. However, when we arrived to pick up our GX, we saw another vehicle being presented with bows, roses, and balloons hanging from the side mirrors. I obviously don’t know the circumstances surrounding that customer’s delivery, but after specifically asking about a bow for my wife’s vehicle and being told it wasn’t available, seeing that was disappointing. The second issue occurred when Bobby had agreed to pick us up from the BMW dealership after we turned in our previous vehicle. Unfortunately, the process at BMW took longer than expected, which was completely outside of our control. During the delay, Bobby expressed his frustration to my wife and told her that it was “cutting into the rest of his day.” We found that comment unnecessary and uncomfortable, particularly since the delay wasn’t something we could control and the pickup arrangement had been agreed upon beforehand. Purchasing a vehicle like a GX 550 Overtrail+ is a significant and exciting experience, and the little things can make a lasting impression. Neither of these situations by itself is a major issue, but together they left us feeling that the delivery experience could have been handled with a little more thoughtfulness and patience. That said, we are extremely happy with our new GX 550 Overtrail+, and I want to again recognize Nick Christianson for the excellent service he provided. We appreciate Northside Lexus helping us get into the vehicle we wanted, and I hope this feedback is received constructively. A little more attention to the customer experience during those final moments would have made an otherwise good experience an exceptional one. More

My wife and I went to Northside Lexus to look at cars and see what was available. Our 2014 Lexus CT200h had over 202,000 miles on it and we were going to buy a new car in the near future. We liked the Lexu see what was available. Our 2014 Lexus CT200h had over 202,000 miles on it and we were going to buy a new car in the near future. We liked the Lexus NX. From the moment we walk through the door we were treated with kindness and respect. We met with Hunter McRight and he showed us some of the NX's available via computer. When we walked outside, we fell in love with the NX we eventually purchased. Hunter was extremely helpful in working with our trade in and such, and we got an excellent deal on the new NX. In addition to his professional behavior as a salesman, he also told us to come back any time if we had a question about the many features available on the car. He would gladly walk us through the features, thus, getting the maximum use and enjoyment from our new, well optioned NX. We will always buy our cars from Northside Lexus in the future and, hopefully, Hunter will be there to work with us. More
