Highly professional group of employees who show marked enthusiasm for their work. They treat customers in a very friendly manner and earn their respect because of their knowledge and openness. This begins with the concierge or person at the front through everyone I have met in the organization. They try to make your decision easier and they certainly go out of their way to accommodate you. I really enjoy coming to the dealership and even waiting in the reception area having water or coffee. They are highly polished brand ambassadors for the dealership. I truly appreciate all of them. So far the experience has been good, but I do feel that Acura has better accommodations when it comes to dropping off a vehicle after 5pm and getting you lined up with a loaner vehicle. Where Lexus requires you to be there before 3:30 pm if you need a loaner vehicle or at least that was my first interaction, definitely feel like Gillman Acura jumps through hoops to take care of business. Also do find it somewhat difficult to get ahold of finance department about a question I had on a warranty that I purchased, never got a call back on first attempt. More

Larry was disappointing, although we were told by the financial department that we could bring our trade in title the next day; Larry insisted on accompanying us home to Cypress for the title. To add insult to injury, he later called to ask that we inspect our newly bought car and email the report or return that day for the inspection which he had forgotten to do. We chose to return the next day. Larry's mistrust of us was unwarranted. More
