It was an all cash deal and nonetheless had to listen to the various additional warranty items that should be needed with a Lexus. Our second purchase from this dealership and the outboard review of the car's options could have been more thorough. All said, the dealership does recognize that customer satisfaction is important. We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help.
