My wife and I went to Northside Lexus to look at cars and see what was available. Our 2014 Lexus CT200h had over 202,000 miles on it and we were going to buy a new car in the near future. We liked the Lexu see what was available. Our 2014 Lexus CT200h had over 202,000 miles on it and we were going to buy a new car in the near future. We liked the Lexus NX. From the moment we walk through the door we were treated with kindness and respect. We met with Hunter McRight and he showed us some of the NX's available via computer. When we walked outside, we fell in love with the NX we eventually purchased. Hunter was extremely helpful in working with our trade in and such, and we got an excellent deal on the new NX. In addition to his professional behavior as a salesman, he also told us to come back any time if we had a question about the many features available on the car. He would gladly walk us through the features, thus, getting the maximum use and enjoyment from our new, well optioned NX. We will always buy our cars from Northside Lexus in the future and, hopefully, Hunter will be there to work with us. More

Northside has always been amazing until new management, it is not the same anymore. They just try to rush you out no personal treatment anymore. Tim Carmout always helped me, he was the absolute best. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him, I’m devastated that he is no longer there. I wasn’t even able to speak with a manager even after making an appointment, the manager had the salesman call me to cancel the appointment and only deal with the salesman. We had already spoken with the salesman who could not answer our questions that’s why I wanted to speak with a manager. It was such a bad experience that I just purchased my lease instead of buying a new vehicle or getting another lease just so I didn’t have to deal with this dealership anymore. Can’t say that I will be back. It’s so sad to write this since I have been a very loyal customer for many years. I do apologize for the negative review but this was my experience. More

Highly professional group of employees who show marked enthusiasm for their work. They treat customers in a very friendly manner and earn their respect because of their knowledge and openness. This begins with the concierge or person at the front through everyone I have met in the organization. They try to make your decision easier and they certainly go out of their way to accommodate you. I really enjoy coming to the dealership and even waiting in the reception area having water or coffee. They are highly polished brand ambassadors for the dealership. I truly appreciate all of them.
