I purchased a used Hyundai SUV. The salesman responded promptly to my email, communicating interest in the vehicle. However, the vehicle was not cleaned before the test drive. The salesman said there was no owner’s manual, so I did not receive one. The salesman stated a few times that he is not familiar with this vehicle and couId not tell anything about it. I was only provided 1 license plate (it was applied in the back of the vehicle); and the salesman said that the reason is that the vehicle does not have a front bracket to place a license plate. Another thing is that I had to replace the brake pad within about 3 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. The finance manager sent another person’s information to my financial institution. I haven’t received the license plate sticker. I wasn’t given instructions on how to obtain. More
