My service guy, Austin, listened to my description of the issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty com issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty comfy there, actually). I barely had time to get into my book before he came back and said it was fixed! And it is! Fast, friendly, efficient. :) More
