As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that the tire pressures were off, so I returned back to the dealership and let them know. The first lady who greeted me told me that this was normal, after I explained to her that it was not normal. She reluctantly led me to an advisor. It took three different people to figure out how to put air in my tires. I’m really disappointed with my ongoing experience at your dealership. More
