I was very pleased with my recent maintenance visit. Austin was professional and informative throughout my visit. Great service and attention to detail by Austin who is very hands on. The service was very extensive and required removing the entire dash for the AC issue but they finalized it and Austin kept us apprai very hands on. The service was very extensive and required removing the entire dash for the AC issue but they finalized it and Austin kept us appraised every step of the way. Two minor challenges in that the hood has a small nick in the 3M hood coating and the piano black paint on the inside door panel has two small scratches but Im certain these can be repaired. VW also gave us a new loaner for the three weeks that the Beetle was in for the AC replacement parts. Great job, Austin. More
