Hello! Austin Nault here, a service advisor for John Eagle Honda of Dallas. I joined the dealership in August 2021 and have met some of the most incredible people, from colleagues to customers and community members. My top priority is to ensure my guests have the best customer experience possible and leave the dealership satisfied with my service. You can always rely on me for honesty, knowledge, and simplicity. I strive to make the process stress-free and enjoyable. I am from Frisco, TX, and studied at Texas State University. Outside of work, my hobbies and interests include working on personal cars, camping, and spending time with my two-year-old Golden Retriever. I grew up in a Honda family, so I enjoy Honda vehicles. It feels great knowing our customers are purchasing dependable vehicles they will love.

John Eagle Honda has been great each time I have brought in my vehicle for service. A wait is expected when you stick around for your vehicle but being able to utilize the wi-fi for work, coffee station, & in my vehicle for service.
