I had to have my car towed in, in the middle of July. Upon calling I had someone who was not helpful over the phone prior to bringing the car in. Once the care arrived he told me they would get started on reprogramming of my spare key since my prior keys were missing. I waited and wait following up multiple times only getting the run around. I finally went in after calling again on 07/08 to speak with the manager which Austin assisted. Kevin and Austin tried to pull up the status of the car and what they were waiting on, unsure of what happened with the previous service member and ticket number and transferred over the ticket to Kevin. Kevin was AMAZING, every time I have went into Nissan for any service needed he is always welcoming and explains everything in depth. I never leave with any questions, Kevin always checks what is covered under my warranty before calling to inform me what will be owed. I learned also about towing covered under my specific warranty that was NEVER once mentioned with the prior service person. I am so glad Kevin took over and would HIGHLY recommend going to him anytime you need any service with Nissan. Prior to working with Kevin with this back and forth issue I would never have returned to the Orland location, however now I couldn't recommend this location enough (if you get Kevin). Very happy with how much Kevin helped me. More
