Having been a loyal customer to Beck Nissan over the past three years i was disappointed this visit. I recently relocated due to employment but elected to have routine service performed on my return visit to three years i was disappointed this visit. I recently relocated due to employment but elected to have routine service performed on my return visit to town. To my dismay after having $1200 of service performed I was told that I would be charged a 3% fee to pay with a credit card. Although Austin has always been great and his customer service is excellent, management has made a poor decision to make this change in practice. Although Anna was nice and pleasant, on arrival she suggested we may need to consider changing the spark plugs on my truck (it’s a diesel). Does not exactly exude confidence. I chose to come to Nissan and pay to dollar for service. Because Olof this experience I cant say I’ll be back More

I needed repairs on my Jeep while they were on strike and the service department gave me a loaner to use until my vehicle was able to be completed.
