Stay away from this dealership, they lie to you just to try get you to go in. I called regarding to different trucks, drove 1.5 hours to get there to find out its false advertisement. One of the truck was 20k over advertised price and the other was 7k over the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Jose stated that those were the prices and that the dealership was firm about it. They are marking up vehicles thinking were still in 2020, what a joke. They think they are something now because they have teamed up with a local crew that customizes vehicles. STAY WAY, do not waste your time driving there !!!!!! More

I would give this zero stars if I could. We were headed to buy a used car from Jordan (that we have been dealing with for 9 days) we had a check and cash in hand. While heading down there (a 6 hour drive for us 1 way) Jordan text and said someone was coming to look at the same car. He said we should have done a deposit (he never asked us for and also said they don’t usually take deposits) which we said we would right then but NO they sold the car before we could get there. Are you kidding me? Talked to 2 managers also that were NO help. Will and Sammy. Will said he would go look into it and call me right back and he never did even knowing we were already on the way. This is terrible! So now my daughter had to miss work, we had to drive 660 miles, had a non refundable hotel. All for NOTHING! This dealership handled this whole situation wrong! And all 3 people I dealt with did nothing to help either! I will also be going up higher on the ladder! More
Bought a 2023 Ford F150 from Jose, called the dealer to ask if a certain truck was available and they said yes, so they set it aside for me . I have bought several vehicles from Friendly Ford over the years and have always walked away feeling good. I have recommended they in the past, but have noticed a lot of bad reviews, not sure what has happened, but my guess is it starts with the finance. More

Do not go to Friendly Ford or use Adher Hernandez as your salesman. He lied that a spare key would be provided under my extended warranty, when in reality it's not covered under the warranty. I assume that he just stated this in order to make the sale because I specifically asked about it at the time of sale. When I asked about it after the vehicle was already purchased, they stated that it would cost over $350 to get a spare key for the vehicle when the spare was never provided upon purchase. After further communication it was noted that the key would actually be provided, but only under the $100 deductible, which was also not part of our original discussion. I also have the confirmation in writing that the spare would be provided when I showed up without charge (even of the $100 deductible) given the circumstances and communication with Adher's manager. However; when I arrived he would not even speak with me, but instead made his service department be a middle man between Adher and I. They refused to pay for the spare key and only stated that "we will pay $100 of the $350." If I could go back in time, I would not even attempt to work with this dealership. Just goes to show the type of people they have working at this dealership. I know for a fact that if I had a salesperson working under me at my company, I would not have them working there for long, as this is unacceptable customer service. More

Came in to buy a truck listed online at 19,900 ... tax title and license are extra we realize that.... but they tried to increase the price of the truck with extra addons such as a tint job that I showed them they didn't do( but argued and laughed in our face that they did), wheel locks for a few hundred that you can buy from Autozone/Oreilly, Nitrogen in tires ( huge scam and Youtube videos to warn about this) , and then preach about a 35 point safety inspection.... the spare tire was 100% bald and unsafe, the dash lights about tire issues were lit up ... they tried to pawn us off to 3 different closers that repeated the same pathetic pitch/script. Instead of "Friendly" the dealership should be re-named as "Full of Sh/t" . Also, they want to focus on oil changes that still cost you $20 ( not free) and if you are driving 45 min to get there ... who cares about using them for any oil change when Walmart has them for $60 etc. If you are paying cash and NOT financing.... be prepared for them to nickel and dime you for every little thing they can to make up for lost finance profits. The advertised price is FALSE/Misleading.... make sure you ask for the drive off price before you waste your time. If you are reading this and are on the fence on buying a vehicle through this dealership.... for the LOVE OF GOD... trust me and all the reviews below!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! It came in in the color and interior and the packages that I ordered. I was told by the GM that it was not an order and just a spec vehicle. Nine months ago I was told it would arrive and at the time I was ok with spending the extra $5000. Now that it is basically a 1 year old truck and people are receiving their 2023 Raptor Rs. I was accused of trying to broker the truck, which I’m not. If anything the dealership is trying to screw someone else harder than they were me. The vehicle vin is 1FTFW1RG1NFC20833 it is a white 37”raptor with blue interior. MSRP was 87,490 Invoice is $81,813.40 plus dealer holdbacks. This dealer is crooked. What’s even more messed up is that I was a previous customer of theirs and they owe me money for a car I bought with a warranty and sold prior to it running out. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with! this is my second encounter with this dealership and this time was bad enough to write a review. The service department manager has no customer servi this is my second encounter with this dealership and this time was bad enough to write a review. The service department manager has no customer service skills and needs management skills. My main goal was to schedule my truck for the recall that ford has for the fire under the hood. to keep this short i hung up on the manager . immediately called another dealership the truck will be in for the repair next week. I recommend you do not service your vehicle here. I recommend you go to, any other ford dealership to buy a car from. More
