It was a relief to have non-commissioned staff present that genuinely seemed interested in working together for my sake. I am happy with my purchase. I arrived a week later to have my plates put on and get my car washed. The service manager saw me waiting and introduced herself and we had a nice conversation - she is friendly and ready to help. It did take a while, but I probably came at a busier time (my lunch break). The only reason that I bought my car elsewhere previously was the selection is limited, but it's Gladewater - they aren't going to have as many options. Even the larger dealerships have scaled back on inventory post-COVID. More

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Initially, my husband had called and spoke to someone and then I called (not realizing that he already had) and spoke to someone else. It was refreshing to have non-commissioned staff assisting me when I was there. They helped each other as needed and both Laura and AB did their best to make sure that I was satisfied. The process was smooth with finance. The manager Robert constantly checked in to see if any help was needed. It was refreshing to be able to stay local and still experience top-notch service. I will return for sure! More
