Sales price was fair. Trade value was a little weak. The transaction was about an hour so I considered that to be fast. The new (to me) truck could have had paint correction done or a clay bar to be near perfect but other then that, the truck was very clean and was what was advertised. The dealership add-ons were not. Fortunately they were up front about it before I even got to the dealership and they were not too expensive. But that is one of the reasons for a 3 star rating. More

The service and promptness to my needs were amazing and this is why I chose them to purchase a new car. My experience with buying a new car was phenomenal. Initially the salesman, Austin Smith who called me to set up my appointment, was clear and precise and was very eager to assist me. Justin Davis, with whom I met with to discuss my new Chevy Trailblazer purchase, went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. It only took a few hours to test drive the car, evaluate whether it met my needs, to submit my documents of proof and him run my information, check on my current car trade in value and to get approved. My interest rate became lower, and my auto insurance company rep, State Farm, ran it before i bought it and said "Girl go for it", you just saved even more on your insurance. Overall, the positivity of it, the laid back atmosphere and the assistance that i received from Bill Dickerson, made the difference. I have purchased three other cars over the last 15 years from a dealer in Longview and it is definitely worth going to Gladewater for my purchase. Thank you Austin and Justin! More
