I waited for almost 3hr for an oil change only service that I had an appointment for. At the 2hrish mark I texted the status on my vehicle from the lobby with no reply and the 3rd person during my visit g that I had an appointment for. I had my fuel filter changed on 3/1/24 afterwards my car smell like gas for three days, my car has a delayed startup after work was performed on my car. I had to return in 3/4 to correct the issues.
