My service appointment issued by Toyota of Tampa Bay stated that this was for a FULL synthetic oil change. Mr. Venters charged me for an extra quart of oil because my Highlander required 5.8 quarts of stated that this was for a FULL synthetic oil change. Mr. Venters charged me for an extra quart of oil because my Highlander required 5.8 quarts of oil. I was also charged an extra 3% because I used a credit card as payment. This has never happened to me in my prior dealings with Tampa Bay Toyota. If this is a new policy, it should have been mentioned prior to the start of my service. I don't think many people are prepared to pay with the exact amount of cash or a check. More
