This is the second vehicle purchased at Deland Dodge and what a time was had by all: loud obnoxious bumping techno disco ball music, arguing over prices and discounts, finance rep messed up a tag transfer, what a time was had by all: loud obnoxious bumping techno disco ball music, arguing over prices and discounts, finance rep messed up a tag transfer, no owners manual issued at vehicle sale ….. detail on vehicle at deliver was horrible. Could not even get a bottle of water and had to get robbed by crappy vending machine. Need I Say More? More

Dealership couldn’t locate the car that we had reached a deal with. I had to initiate the follow-up. The lead sales individual I had, Maggie was awesome through the entire process. Your sales manager team could learn from her in how to deal with customers and public in general.
