Wish I had been informed that the vehicle I was purchasing was a base model. My prior Chrysler Pacifica had all the bells and whistles and (my bad) assumed that the model they were showing me was purchasing was a base model. Upon checking out the vehicle, after spending the money, I discovered that it had no garage door opener in the visor, no navigation system, and the camera system is only a back view (my 2020 Pacifica came with all around cameras and front collision detection). Since I have had the vehicle at home (4 days) the stop/start function is not working, the lane sense stopped working, the car play turned off (which is now my only navigation that I have), there is a rattle in the left front area when I am going faster than 50 mph, and there is definitely a burning smell coming from the left front engine area (not normal burn off). For spending $46,562 for a brand-new vehicle, I should not have this type of laundry list of things wrong! So not very happy as I have to bring it in and sit at the dealership all day waiting to find out if they can fix it. Not so much a happy customer at this point. More
