Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. I was put in contact with Ava Williams from the finance department and she was very patient and helpful with delivering me all my options. Contract. I was completely taken back when we arrived to finalize the purchase of my preowned car and were directed to the showroom floor. Next to the many perfectly polished BMW's there was a car covered with a tar the purchase of my preowned car and were directed to the showroom floor. Next to the many perfectly polished BMW's there was a car covered with a tarp and giant bow. I got to unveil my car just like you see in commercials.
