Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. Ava Williams was fantastic in handling my purchase of a BMW CPO Protection Plan! Had a unique case where BMW’s software system was being upgraded during my CPO vehicle purchase so it was not showing up as BMW CPO Protection Plan!
