Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. We stopped in Galleria BMW on Saturday to look at BMW X3s. We were greeted immediately by our sales rep Caleb who was very personable, polite and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We we X3s. We were greeted immediately by our sales rep Caleb who was very personable, polite and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We went back Monday and completed the purchase of a 2026 BMW X 5. Caleb was super helpful thru the entire process and extended an invite to meet with him Wednesday to go over everything with the BMW App, car settings etc which we definitely plan to do. We are very pleased with our overall experience with everyone at Galleria BMW and especially Caleb. More

It was a great experience working with Ava on purchasing the Platinum VSP plan. She was quick to respond to my email and we completed the transaction over the phone without any hassles.
