We were transparent throughout the process that this was a pre-owned vehicle and that, as with any used vehicle, some condition-related differences from a new vehicle should be expected. We also offered you the opportunity before, during, and after the sale to unwind the deal if you felt a pre-owned vehicle was no longer the right fit or if you were looking for something in perfect condition.
