We were transparent throughout the process that this was a pre-owned vehicle and that, as with any used vehicle, some condition-related differences from a new vehicle should be expected. We also offered you the opportunity before, during, and after the sale to unwind the deal if you felt a pre-owned vehicle was no longer the right fit or if you were looking for something in perfect condition. We have done our best to address your concerns and provide reasonable options, so we are disappointed that your continued reviews do not reflect the full context of those discussions.
