Okay, here is a multi part review: 1. Robert, the tech who checked us in, was excellent. 2. Robert, sending the video clips was a nice touch. In short, the service department rocked! We had a list of things we needed answered. The young lady who joined us in the car and helped set up Android auto was very pleasant. She also helped with several other "functional" questions. 4. But none of your sales folks could answer this question: How do I set up the radio so it DOES NOT automatically turn on when I start the car? The 3 I asked could not tell me how. But I have a friend with the same make/model car, and his radio stays off until it is turned on. 5. The salesforce is young. They tried to help. They were universally nice. 6. The sales force needs a "fact sheet" (aka database) where every question they answer is logged so the next person who is asked a similar question asked can immediately call it up if they don't know the answer. More
