Excellent customer service. I went in for the 10,000 mile check-up & oil change. The car was in great working order. I did, however, get a new cabin filter at this time at 8,900 I went in for the 10,000 mile check-up & oil change. The car was in great working order. I did, however, get a new cabin filter at this time at 8,900 miles because I was advised to consider it to avoid the smell of “must” in the morning and to avoid breathing in dirt and debris when the AC was turned on. I was a bit surprised but spent the extra $95. to avoid developing any health issues. More

I was concerned that it was recommended to run a detergent through my engine. I feel like this is a Jiffy Lube type of thing. Ok want to sell things before services are due. For profit not for the owner. They tried selling me tires early still had at least 2/32 left on them. When asked what the tire rating mileage on the tires were they didn’t know. This is a car a year old. I paid for oil changes in a package that they had to go back and find. They wanted to charge me and would have gladly took my money if I didn’t point this out. I will not be coming back here except for oil changes and recalls. As for my tires and brakes I’ll go to less swab. At least they will tell me they would be selling me a tire early but it’s a better tire and just not a brand name. More
