I am confident that I will continue to take my vehicle for the care and attention to detail and for the friendly atmosphere. I will continue looking for Gary in parts. He looks out for his customers and remembers his past customers. Associate, Josh is intelligent and a breath of fresh air. I believe he is open and honest in his approach, he is easy to talk to and he's personable. Josh thank you for taking care of my automobile needs today. I feel that I made a friend. Finally, Kyle is so energetic, and he listened to my financing questions. He is direct and to the point and he understands that the customer needs to know that their investment pricing is fair and accurate. He is also very personable, and funny. I enjoyed getting to know Kyle. The outcome of my visit today was positive, satisfying and worth my time. It's good to know that Audi Lakeland's team are not just people who want to sell the customers a car, but I senced that they wantedto create a positive experience for their customer.
