Firstly, I want to thank Awring Ahmed for doing a phenomenal job throughout this sales process and helping us purchase a 2023 Highlander Hybrid. From the initial visit to any last minute phone calls, phenomenal job throughout this sales process and helping us purchase a 2023 Highlander Hybrid. From the initial visit to any last minute phone calls, she has always responded fairly to any questions or concerns. I was getting discouraged given the long wait times for getting a new hybrid but she has always been very pleasant to interact with and steady with her feedback. We're glad to have worked with her and Suburban Toyota Farmington on this purchase. My only critical feedback was the during the finance documentation process which could have used better soft skills (less pushy) and more clear about key financing details (APR, lender and time).Overall, it has been a very professional and enjoyable experience and we're happy to have another Toyota in the family.
