The experience as suburban Toyota is mixed. I’ll cut to the chase sales person was very nice explaining me how the car works. I am worried that I’m going to get pulled over by a cop, and I have no proof that that car belongs to me. I think this is the wrong way of selling a car every other time I walked out after purchasing car from any other Toyota dealer I’ve gotten temporary registration, and the purchase agreement. Right now I’m very afraid to drive the car or fear being pulled over by a policeman with no proof that the car is mine. And I am quite mad that I didn’t receive any of those papers More

We felt very lucky to have gotten Peter Solomon as our salesman. There’s not a single thing that I can think of that he could’ve done to make our buying experience better! We had the car for two years and when we turned it in, we did not have any idea how to turn on the heat or the cooling. Everything is so complicated on that car. Also, I really wanted a hybrid and Ford does not make a hybrid anymore so that is why I decided we wanted to buy or lease a Toyota. We love our new car and we feel that Peter Soloman did an excellent job of explaining all of the feature to operate our new car. In addition, he told us we could either stop in or call if we run into any difficulties with the car. We felt very lucky to have Peter Solomon as our salesman.! More
