Professional, courteous, relaxed, pleasant! I found a used 2015 Rav4 on the internet that was the orange color that I had wanted. I had purchased a 2013 Rav4 from a different dealer but had neve I found a used 2015 Rav4 on the internet that was the orange color that I had wanted. I had purchased a 2013 Rav4 from a different dealer but had never really fallen in love with, always wishing it was orange. It was a two hour drive to the dealership, but I decided to give it a try. Aws met me at the door and had the orange one ready for me to test drive. Aws made the experience pleasurable with his smile and attention to making me feel comfortable. I got a fair trade-in value and Royal Moore dropped the price too. The paperwork sailed through and Aws made sure that I wasn't leaving anything in my old car and even connected my phone for me so that I could use the navigation feature. Nick, Brent and especially Aws were all great to work with and made for a pleasant purchase. More

Thorough, friendly, and supportive staff I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was intro I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was introduced to a salesman with a good deal of experience in hybrids. He asked questions and listened to my answers as he allowed me to drive the cars I wanted to see. One of them was from the Mazda line across the street. How handy and useful it is to be able to drive and compare cars from different brands! After my test drives I decided on a car to suit my needs, but there wasn't one available with all the features I wanted. Lucky for me, there was a model just a step up with everything I wanted... and more! I was given a two-hour education on all of the buttons and gadgets. We explored all of the electronics and found some exciting new features. The guys helped me so much and let me ask questions without feeling silly. They even worked quickly through part of the process so I wouldn't be late for a concert. Thanks, Royal Moore! I love my new car!!! More

I went to the royal moore toyota@hillsboro to testdrive/scope new/preowned subcompact cars.i was not able to find cars which met my budget and other s I went to the royal moore toyota@hillsboro to testdrive/scope new/preowned subcompact cars.i was not able to find cars which met my budget and other specifications at this location -I was ready to move on to my next appointment at a nearby Honda dealer.However, Aws and Nick didn't want me leave empty handed :)..they went out of the way to find me a pre owned car-happened to be a Nissan Versa with low mileage.They were very patient and also agreed to some small customizations all of which which met my budget/needs They truly followed the maxim of customer first.this was my second purchase from a royal moore location(first one was a subaru).i will come back again when I'm ready for my next purchase :) More
