BJ has been our service rep for over 10 years as we have been loyal Honda customers. I had a minor recall on my 2017 crv, came in a day earlier than my appt, but BJ took me in no problem. My wife was in a freak accident the night before my visit to MotorWorld, thankfully she was not injured, but her car was damaged and had to be towed.Everyone was wonderful to deal with from Rich Engelman as to MotorWorld, thankfully she was not injured, but her car was damaged and had to be towed.Everyone was wonderful to deal with from Rich Engelman as well as the management team. They bent over backwards to accommodate me and worked diligently to earn my business AGAIN. I traded in the damaged Honda Fit that was dropped off the evening before and I drove home in a brand new 2020 Honda HRV EX-L. I have purchased many many Honda vehicles from MotorWorld and will continue to do so in the future. Kudos to Bud Mackarey for the generous trade allowance too ! Well done MotorWorld Honda More

BJ WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED WHAT MY FIRST YEARLY SERVICE OF MANTENANCE WOULD ENTAIL.OXIDATION WAS FOUND ON MY ROTORS I WAS TOLD BECAUSE I WASN'T DRIVING IT DURING THE PANDEMIC. I WAS INFORMED THAT SERVICE OF MANTENANCE WOULD ENTAIL.OXIDATION WAS FOUND ON MY ROTORS I WAS TOLD BECAUSE I WASN'T DRIVING IT DURING THE PANDEMIC. I WAS INFORMED THAT MY WARRANTY ON MY LEASED CAR DIDN'T COVER OXIDATION. AND I WOULD BE CHARGED TO HAVE REPLACEMENT .I WAS WONDERING HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN SITTING AROUND THE IR LOT BEFORE I LEASED IT BUT I WAS TOLD EMPHATICALLY THAT IT WAS DUE TO OXIDATION . I THINK THAT HONDA CAR MAKERS SHOULD ADDRESS THAT PROBLEM WITH THE ROTORS AS I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IT OCCURS MANY TIMES. More

We came up from Florida for our son's birthday, our 2018 Honda CRV would not start in the hotels parking lot the morning of the party. We had AAA jump start the car and we drove to Motorworld.
