BJ and Jason in the service department spent so much time with me, explaining what was wrong with my previous car. They explained it in terms that I understood and made sure that I understood. When my car needed a set of tires B J was able to get me a very good deal on some Michein tires through the Lexus dealership that compared to any "hot" deal advertised locally.
