Derek refused to remove VSC from my contract before funding. I asked to have it removed 2 hours after speaking with the bank. After he would only cancel leaving my payment higher then I would have like funding. I asked to have it removed 2 hours after speaking with the bank. After he would only cancel leaving my payment higher then I would have like. I requested to have the contract pulled from the bank and he would not accommodate. BB was amazing and if it wasn’t for the issues with Derek I would work with BB again. As far as Daniel I shook his hand and he left me sitting at a desk while he helped another customer. BB really was the only good part of this experience in the end. More

The true stat of your dealership sits right by the front door, BB!! From the moment we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by him and he assured us we would not have to deal with salesperson who caus door, BB!! From the moment we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by him and he assured us we would not have to deal with salesperson who caused us to almost walk out the door, we knew we would purchase our new Subaru Forester with him! We didn’t even shop the other Dealership in Dallas! We appreciate the entire staff that walked us thru our purchase and made it a pleasure. Love my new Subaru….we’ll do it again December 2027! More

I overall had a great time dealing with Latif (BB), who was wonderful. He was patient, kind, and just very smooth about the whole process. He talked to me and my sister with respect, listened to us and wha was wonderful. He was patient, kind, and just very smooth about the whole process. He talked to me and my sister with respect, listened to us and what we needed and helped us to go home with our new Subaru Crosstrek. He made me feel confident in my decision and that I would be treated well if I needed come back for any work. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the finance part of the sale where I had to deal with Derek, who left me feeling disrespected and uneasy. As I explained to him multiple times, I was purchasing this second car for my sister, who is heading to graduate school. I’m in a single-income household, already managing my own car payment, and had to make considerable financial adjustments — including lowering my 401(k) contributions and canceling subscriptions — just to make this purchase possible. I was putting $8,500 down and had clearly communicated that I was at the limit of what I could afford. Despite this, Derek continued to pressure me to add gap insurance and other protection plans. He repeatedly asked, “What’s $30 more a month?” even after I declined. When I still said no, he then offered to lower it to “$20 more a month,” which made me feel even more uncomfortable. It gave the impression that the original price was inflated and only reduced once I pushed back — which is not only misleading but also makes customers question the fairness and transparency of the process. When I tried to lighten the mood with a joke — saying that if it’s a new car, it should last six years — Derek took offense and said, “What’s so funny?” The tension in the room at that point was so thick that I genuinely considered walking away from the deal altogether. The only reason I stayed was because I needed to secure this car for my sister and didn’t want one employee’s behavior to ruin what had otherwise been a good experience. I want to make it clear that “no” means no. Regardless of the amount or who the customer is, pressuring someone after they’ve set a boundary — especially when they’re being transparent about financial limits — is not acceptable. It was frustrating and disheartening to feel like my decisions were being second-guessed simply because I was a woman, or because I was seen as someone who could be talked into spending more. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customers should feel respected, not manipulated, and no one should walk away from a major purchase feeling pressured or uneasy. More
