I left my car for an oil change on Thursday evening for a Friday 9a appointment. I received an email regarding suggested repairs at 8a and replied to that email by 8:30a. I called twice on Friday and the receptionist stated that they were having phone issues & the call couldn't be transferred. I called again Saturday @ 9a upset and had to leave another message with the receptionist discussing my issue with lack of communication. Finally got a callback 5 minutes later and was told my car was ready the previous day & that they called me about it. I told him that wasn't true, that I did not get a call, text, or email (&I did check my junk email). I got a sorry for the "miscommunication". My father had to pick up the car because I was unable to. I was unavailable Saturday & expected to have my car on Friday. More
