In 2015, I purchased a 2014 GMC Savana from Alan Webb Chevrolet. When I needed a replacement (the Savana now is at 400,450 miles!) I went to Alan Webb first after doing an exhaustive search online. Bo Lu Chevrolet. When I needed a replacement (the Savana now is at 400,450 miles!) I went to Alan Webb first after doing an exhaustive search online. Bo Lusher showed me a brand new Chevy Express, but unfortunately a customer had a hold on it to come in and put a deposit on it. When the customer backed out, Bo informed me it was available. Bo's responsiveness as well as ability to answer all my questions helped me make an informed decision. I found the customer service above par, and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle at Alan Webb Chevrolet. More

Every part of the sales transaction and getting me on the road went as smooth as it could. I didn't have any hassles or sales pitches that kept me there longer than expected. i would just say that I bought t road went as smooth as it could. I didn't have any hassles or sales pitches that kept me there longer than expected. i would just say that I bought this right before the Thanksgiving Day holiday and had some aftermarket addons put on. It was a week before they called me back to let me know they received my order and were setting it up. I think it should have been sooner even though it was a holiday weekend. Overall, it was a great experience and the only reason i don't have 5 stars is that i feel that is reserved. More
