Smooth transaction, sales people were not pushy. Wish thier could have been more truck's to choose from, but realize inventory is hard to come by. Since returning from California in 1977 Alan Webb is the only dealer we dealt with because of the quality of their product and workmanship. I especially want to commend the salesmanship of Bo. My 2011 M only dealer we dealt with because of the quality of their product and workmanship. I especially want to commend the salesmanship of Bo. My 2011 Malibu was totaled by a hit and run speeder so I was in need of 'wheels' to get me to various local places. Bo was patient (at the age of 92 I've slowed down on making my final decisions), knowledgeable, and helpful. ---- In the past I have found your service mechanics very efficient and qualified. More

Tried to negotiate only asking they go down $3000 from price and offering 20,000 cash with a trade. After we complained to the general manager they came down $1000? Really? What’s the sheet they go back price and offering 20,000 cash with a trade. After we complained to the general manager they came down $1000? Really? What’s the sheet they go back and forth with in financing while you sit for 6 hours. Not much for negotiations AND now silence. Very unhappy and we will NEVER return to Alan Webb More
