I dont even know where to begin. Unfortunately our service advisor himself is grest-- the rest of the experiences there, not so much. Between waiting all day for an oil change to dam Unfortunately our service advisor himself is grest-- the rest of the experiences there, not so much. Between waiting all day for an oil change to damaging our vehicle and taking months to fix it-- we are forced to find a new service spot. We will now be forfetting our maintenance plan and losing out on "free" oil changes and having our Kia serviced by a dealer that is 1.5 hours away due to the service here. Trying to book an appointment is near impossible, cant get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. I was extremely mad at the start of all of this, now the anger has left and now I'm just defeated. Theres so much more to say but I'm going to leave it at that. More

NO Customer service communications after being first vehicle to drop off for two recalls. Ended up picking up car at end of day, without an update. Brian Gorniak WAS NOT my representative, but took care vehicle to drop off for two recalls. Ended up picking up car at end of day, without an update. Brian Gorniak WAS NOT my representative, but took care of me as in previous visits. Put it in my local dealer notes, he is the only rep I want to deal with. He gave me a complimentary oil filter/oil change via an additional concern (oil light),I had, besides the 2 recalls that I was advised were taken care of at no charge. More

I recommend this center for service but needs to have available someone to handle phone calls coming into the service center. Once this is done,, this service center would provide excellent customer ser available someone to handle phone calls coming into the service center. HAD an appointment for a brake booster recall for Friday the 30th. Also needed all 4 doors adjusted due to misalignment from the factory. This is the 3rd time this has had to be done. The doors were adjuste the 30th. Also needed all 4 doors adjusted due to misalignment from the factory. This is the 3rd time this has had to be done. The doors were adjusted but now I need a door hinge swing catch( not official name) due to rubbing. When door is opened. Got a call that my car was being picked up and due to auto body shop keeping it all day they were unable to perform the recall for the brake booster. I went to pick cR up Saturday morning. My car was still at the auto body shop and never picked up the evening before. I was unable to get my car. I left. I proceeded to tell them to keep my car til Monday only if they could get my car recall done. They guaranteed me it would happen. My car was not moved from the spot it was parked when it returned from the body shop on Saturday at lunch time. My car was also left unlocked all weekend in front fo the dealership fence. Meaning anyone walking by could of gotten into it. When I arrived to pick car up on Monday car was not done. I needed the car back to be able to return to work out of town for the following week. If I did not have werner way I would not return to this dealership. I would take my service business to Hyundai down the road. More
