I don’t have to provide you more proof of insurance when purchasing a car from a dealer in the state of Florida beyond an active and in force policy. Your internal policy demanding evidence that the vehicl purchasing a car from a dealer in the state of Florida beyond an active and in force policy. Your internal policy demanding evidence that the vehicle just purchased from you cannot leave the lot until proof of blind coverage for THAT car is provided is garbage. Worse, you wait until the very end of the process to tell me. Even worse is the “well, you can just pay $250 for 5 day stop gap coverage”. We bought a car on a Saturday. My carrier won’t allow policy changes online and must be handled by my agent — who isn’t open on Saturday. I’m not the first person this has affected. Stop this. We’ll never go back as a result. More

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this dealership, if it wasn't for Chad's honesty & integrity, and first and foremost for God, I would have not purchased the car. Please be sure you get everything in writing before you make a deal with anyone at this dealership. We shook on a deal and when I came back the next day with the check they changed it all on me and tried to obviously shake me down for more $$$. It made the whole process of purchasing a car at this dealership feel like a dirty deal and filled with lie after lie. After going back and forth for 4 days until the car was finally purchased I am ready to go to finance to sign the paper and the finance manager did not even make contact with me. When I was going over the paperwork and reading through the pages I was supposed to sign he said "you're supposed to be signing not flipping (the pages)" I kindly reminded him of the importance of reading things before you sign them. Pray and have patience when you walk into this dealership! I wish them nothing but the best and hope that one day they stop playing all of these dirty tricks to get $$$ of people. More

Found a nice relatively low mile Lexus GX for sale on their website, I called and inquired about it with a used car salesmen name Diego I believe was his name. Diego told me there was absolutely nothing their website, I called and inquired about it with a used car salesmen name Diego I believe was his name. Diego told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, that a 161 multi point inspection had been done. So I told him I’d fly down from iowa to come possibly buy it. After spending 500$ on two flights to come look at it immediately on the test drove things were apparently wrong with it. The drivers mirror folded oppositely the wrong way with a loud cracking noise, there was obvious pulsating in the break pedal due to warped rotors, the tires were miss matched which is bad for the transfer case in these Lexus’s and the valve cover gaskets were leaking. I am a technician who was easily able to identify these problems. I then had to fight with the salesman and finance person along with a manger (Brian I believe) who went back in forth with me pressuring me to finance through them after backing out on their agreement to allow for a wire transfer. I finally got them down to a realistic and agreeable price after they kept trying to get me to overpay Overall a terrible experience and I won’t be coming back More
