Great experience, even for this cynical skeptic! Let me start with...I really dislike buying cars. Really.dislike.buying.cars. Yes, it’s a business, and yes, the dealers need to make their money, but I’ve always felt like dealers are out to take more than their fair share. As a result, I am on guard from minute one and begin negotiating as soon as I step foot in the dealership. You still need to do your homework, and you still need to be prepared to negotiate - I got more for my trade-in after I went back with another dealer’s trade-in offer and I received a nice discount on all weather mats - but Diana and the whole dealership were very friendly throughout the entire process and super easy to work with. There was no need for any heavy handed negotiating techniques - they listened to my concerns and suggestions and I felt like they worked in good faith to address them. We got a great deal on both the trade-in and the purchase price and the sales experience was painless and, maybe, even a little enjoyable. Diana will be the first sales person I’ll return to for a second car - she was genuine, sincere, knowledgeable and very engaged throughout the entire sales cycle. More

Diana went over and above during the sales process. Her professionalism and knowledge during the delivery process was outstanding. We shopped other dealerships, but it was the effort that Diana and Badou put in that closed the deal and made us both absolutely positive that we made the right choice in choosing Luther Brookdale Toyota, for the third time, to buy our new RAV4. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new vehicle track down Diana. Again, her professionalism and product knowledge was simply outstanding. More

Great People Awesome Service I have been looking for a car to trade in my old one since it was falling to pieces and i was referred to this dealership by my kother. Needless to sa I have been looking for a car to trade in my old one since it was falling to pieces and i was referred to this dealership by my kother. Needless to say my expectations were completely exceeded by the amazing service i got. I was helped every step of the way, was given the car for longer than just the test drive to make sure it was the car i truly wanted. I got help throughout the entire process of leasing my car, and wven given various options in case my first choice was not affordable for me. I was treated with the complete truth, no hidden messages and they let me take my time in making ny decision. They gained my trust by 100% and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially those new buyers/leasers like myself. More
