Had my truck turned in for a total of 5. 5 days to change 2 tire sensors. When I put it in the first time, I told them if one is out, replace them all. Didn't happen. Had to pay for 2 diagnos 5 days to change 2 tire sensors. When I put it in the first time, I told them if one is out, replace them all. Didn't happen. Had to pay for 2 diagnostics to tell them what my dash board and myself told them. Called 10 times over the 5 days with no call backs. More

My cat was in service approximately 2 months. It wasn’t the dealership’s fault completely, most of the hesitation was on the behalf of the warranty company. My complaint with the dealership was the lack of communication. There were long periods of time where I felt like everything was at a stand still, therefore I would be told the same exact information from a week before without any progress being made. Very nice people. I believe my car was there at a hectic time. More
