Barbara Martin, the manager who did all of the paperwork at delivery is an absolute rockstar. She knows her stuff and worked efficiently to respect both my time and the time of others with appointments after mine. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place! I "knew" exactly what I was looking for, but I still had a ton of questions! Chris made the process so easy for me. He answered all of my questions, gave great suggestions, and offered to let me test drive the car the same day, which helped in making my decision. He sent all of the information to me by email and text within minutes, which was great. After I went home that night, and reviewed the information, I made the decision to move forward. Within three days of me confirming the vehicle I wanted and the features, I received a call from Barbara, who informed me that my vehicle had arrived. We scheduled a time for pickup, she explained the pickup process to me, and even accommodated me when I needed to make a last minute change. The day that I picked up my vehicle, she took her time to go over finances with me. Since this was my first time, I was a little nervous! She made me feel very comfortable and gave me all of the tools that I needed to be able to select the options that worked best for me. Darius was great in going over the car with me before I left. He went over all of the features, and even connected my phone for me! It has been one week since I picked up my car and I am absolutely in love with it! I'm grateful for the exceptional service I received from start to finish, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Curran VW for many years to come! Thank you Curran VW!
