With previous cars, typically I've chosen to buy from individual owners, so I didn't know what to expect coming here. Showing up ten minutes past close I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to see the car. However, they were more than happy to keep the shop open late for me. My car was ready for a test drive upon arrival. They seemed very accommodating after I explained a couple problems it had and changed the sales price accordingly. A free car fax report was another plus I was grateful to have. Happy with the car and the price I took it home and have had my 4runner for about a week so far. I didn't feel that they were trying to hide anything with their sales and was overall very pleased with the experience. More

I recently found myself in a situation where I quickly needed a vehicle, but was tired of the "new car" sales dance that you do with big dealerships.. My mother in law suggested the place where she had purchased her "new USED" car purchase a few years back. .. 405 MOTORS in Woodinville.. I reviewed their inventory online and was intrigued by a model they had that was several years older but ONLY had 11K original miles on it.. it was in great condition at a VERY fair price.. My husband an I went to see it, test drive it.. and walked away elated-- not only because I had a fantastic new car at a great price, but because I had the most pleasant, non-nauseating experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I specifically remember saying to my husband as we were leaving.. "wow, that was the best place I've ever been to." We were honestly in/out within maybe 1.5-2hrs tops.. and that was with several customers visiting them on a busy Sunday. A family run, warm and welcoming bunch.. ABSOLUTELY NO-PRESSURE.. They let you browse and test drive to your heart's content without having to waste your time or theirs with needless pressure and hounding.. Even the financing part was a breeze.. fast, efficient and painless. They even took care of the few things I needed done very quickly. They purchase quality cars with LOW MILEAGE.. and if that's what you're looking for in a future vehicle I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you checking them out for yourself. I personally worked with Ken, Bari and Basit.. but the entire family was very warm and inviting.. I will DEFINITELY RETURN and send more friends and family their way for our new used car needs. More

Make sure to thoroughly chk the car before/after test drive. We bought a 2014 Jetta for my commuter as I was putting too much miles on my BMW M3. I wrote a chk so signing was fast & easy. Got there @11:30 & got out @1pm after 2 test drives. So easy & quik Love it!! More

I made a list of vehicles i was considering and found them online, and 405 happened to have one i was interested in. Turns out Honda Fits arent great for large hills, so I looked at the rest of their stock. Being able to browse the lot and get in all of the cars before deciding to take a test drive was awesome. I wound up looking at cars i otherwise wouldn't have, (including the car i finally ended up purchasing). Then i was also able to test drive the vehicles without a salesperson, that really let me focus on the features i found important, rather than hearing a strong push. Being able to just set up the purchase without needing to haggle was another thing i valued a lot. The prices i checked on KBB seemed to be perfectly fair and on a few cars were actually decently below suggested list price. After having a different dealer flat out lie to me about the best price they could offer, and IMMEDIATELY backtracking when i showed them advertising the car for less, this wound up being a much better experience. Ive had my car about two weeks now and i am very happy. More

They were extremely fair and reasonable and met me at the price I wanted. They went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of. Very friendly people, who care about their customers. A week or two before purchasing a car through 405 motors, I had almost bought a vehicle from a bigger Nissan dealership. Those Nissan guys were supposed to be 'non-commission' employees, to make the car buying experience low pressure.... well it was far from that. The staff at 405 motors truly make the car buying experience no pressure. The Nissan guys could definitely learn a thing or two from the people at 405 motors! More

I was very underwater on my current car, and my credit score was sagging from overindulging. I felt very welcomed, and was able to try out several cars. They worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. The car I got totally exceeded my expectations. My payments are VERY reasonable, and there was zero stress through the whole exchange. They even had free snacks for my daughter while we waited on paperwork. More
