It was a great buying experience, and they were patient while explaining the paperwork and procedures. My car is used and has a minor repair needed but they promised to do it for free. I love my car! I have already left one review about the positive buying experience, but I will repeat it again. you walk on the lot, you walk around, you come back to the office.. NO ONE is bugging you, or following you around.. love it. you say what you want to drive, they bring the keys, you drive.. if you like, you buy, if not return the keys.. absolutely zero pressure, again, not like most car places. this is a family run business, they run on a low overhead high volume model and that allows them to offer cars at lower prices and eliminate the start high, negotiate drama associated with most experiences. the car fax availability is great on the spot, they will show you, or you can and should look at this on line before you go. another great buying experience More

Did my research online and contacted them about one particular car. Got a personalized email message back inviting me to go look at it. No nonsense, fixed price, no pressure tactics. They let you get on the lot see the cars. My son and I took it for a test drive, came back signed the papers and that was it. Ken was our Sales person and Bari did all the transaction documents. This is not a traditional dealership, so don’t expect that experience. They check out all the cars in detail, and are constantly turning inventory. Looked like a great selection of cars on the lot. Highly recommend 405. I would definitely go back there if I was looking for a used car. More
