It was the many good reviews, and the low milage/high condition cars on their website, that brought me in. The place is not much to look at--dusty lot, trailers for offices--but don't let that scare you away. It keeps the overhead down, and Woodenville has a low sales tax rate, so it allows them to offer high condion cars for less out the door. I bought a 2006 Honda Ridgeline with 55,000 miles. A Florida car that is in superb condition with a very clean CarFax.. Everyone was helpful and the buying experience was quick and painless. They do move a lot of cars however, and as a used car dealer they were not especially knowledgeable about the Ridgeline. So, I would advise doing a bit of research on the car model your interested in before arriving. That aside, I would recommend 405 Motors and not hesitate to shop there again. More

First I took the car to my personal mechanic for inspection before finalizing all paper work. Second during the inspection we missed a broken middle seat handle; after a week I called them then took the car to their office. Mr. Ken Imad (one of the sale personnel), very friendly and enthusiastic person introduced me to Mr. Musavir the manager in charge of the parts and services, whom is also a very friendly and pleasant person. Mr. Musavir told me that he will order the part and he will notify me when the part arrived. In less than four (4) days I received a call from him; then I took the car there on the following Wednesday after work (around 2:30PM) and immediately Mr. Raff Khan (Maintenance & Services Manager) and his technician installed the seat handle in less than 30 minutes without any additional charges. In summary, my experience when at 405 Motors automotive sales & service was excellent; I met very friendly and enthusiastic and honest people. The vehicles are excellent, better quality; I did not encounter any mechanic issue with my car at this point. As far as recommendation; 405 motors is an excellent and trusted place to get your next trouble free used car Note: Do not forget to ask to Mr. Bari to find you a best rate. The no-pressure sales approach and the no haggle pricing was great. They worked us through the financing smoothly and I was on the road quickly. Today, my wife and I returned to 405 and purchased a BMW X5, and this time the process was even smoother! The sales staff was again very easy to deal with and our financing went even easier and faster and we drove off today in another great buy. I would highly recommend 405 motors to anyone. Shady business Found a truck took it out on a test drive 2 different times and didn't expierence any issues. Decided to purchase the truck went through all the paper work, put down a cash down payment, and closed the deal. When we were on our way home we only made it 20 miles and the whole truck started to shake to the point of not being able to continue to drive it. Called dealer right away from the side of the freeway letting them know what happened and they asked if we could find a back road so we could drive at a slower speed and bring it back! The truck was not safe to even be driving had to call a tow truck to pick it up and was told we would be remimbursed for the tow fee of $182. We wanted to just return the truck and be done with it since there was obviously a huge issue but we were told they had to have it inspected first. Got a call from the dealer a few hours later letting us know THEIR mechanic did an inspection and found NOTHING wrong... I don't see how that's even possible since we couldn't even continue to drive the truck. They gave us an option to have it checked out again or we could return it but are responsible for the tow fee.... At that point this whole situation seemed shady and we figured cutting our losses was the best decision. So we drove 2 hours everyday and had to drive back and forth for 3 days to resolve the issue and still got screwed out of $182 and no vehicle. After talking with some other dealers in the area they informed us they were not surprised what happened to us because the business is known for their bad reputation with selling people cars that have known issues. I would seriously pay over $2000 more for the same car somewhere else than buy a car from these people. More
