The staff was pleasant, fairly, easy to work with. & knowledgeable about the product. Only one small instance wherein you were making assumptions that i was forced to correct. Overall you did not Sell me a car. I bought a car from you because of my limited choices. A lot of my time was wasted as you did not value my time. 3 hours was wasted for your finance dept to complete my paperwork & accept my check. Given the small number of customers & limited vehicles for sale. This was unacceptable . More
