Would refer anyone to the dealership before looking elsewhere. hevrolet was welcoming and accommodating. Roberto truly listened to what my husband and I were looking for in terms of fuel efficiency as well as bottom line cost. He was patient with our two little ones and made sure the process went as smooth as possible The service department ensured I was scheduled quickly and that my concerns were heard. More

Great Salesperson, but maintenance verbal cntrct not honored First I want to start with a positive about my salesperson. From the initial contact with Miquel , he was very professional, courteous and friendly. First I want to start with a positive about my salesperson. From the initial contact with Miquel , he was very professional, courteous and friendly. We had Miquel start the trade-in estimate while we were looking at vehicles. He showed us several used super duty trucks we were interested in. Once we took a test drive, we decided on a vehicle. Miquel was still very professional and WAS NOT pushy, and took our concerns to the 'closers' (Josh and Edwin in the office) and worked out our concerns and negotiations. Josh was very pushy and gave us contract papers to sign 'before we even agreed on the final price or specifics. Edwin was as just as professional and helpful as Miquel. Miquel even come in the following day, ON HIS DAY OFF to ensure the final detail was thorough and HELPED the detail crew!! KUDOS to Miquel!! Great integrity and professionalism!! If I was rating ONLY the salesperson, I would give Miquel and Misty (Finance) 5 Stars, but unfortunately I am rating the company. Now the problems 1) Courtesy Chevrolet charges $995 for a cleaning/detail fee to get it ready for customer delivery. VERY HIGH I must say. We noticed prior to signing that the truck had A LOT of dog hair, and informed Miquel so he could address it with the detail crew. Upon delivery and after TWO CLEANINGS, there was still LOTS of dog hair, along with gum in side panels, candy in seats, and more. So the question is: why do we pay $995 for detailing and still have ANY dirt, hair, or anything else in the vehicle. So it took three times to complete the cleaning, and I STILL had to remove some additional hair after the delivery again. Not only is the detail fee astronomical, but the quality of the detail was HORRIBLE and INCOMPLETE! 2) My wife and I was informed by Miquel, Josh, Edwin and Misty in finance that veterans get FREE oil changes on Friday. We asked whether it mattered if we did not have a GM product, and they ALL SAID ""IT DOES NOT MATTER". "Bring the vehicle in on Friday and show the service department your military/veteran ID, and they will change your oil FOR LIFE". 'However', when I returned the next day for the 2nd detail, I asked again about the FREE oil changes for Veterans, and they denied my request. So the problem is that my wife and I confirmed with FOUR (4) Courtesy Chevrolet personnel regarding the non-GM vehicles, and now the Used Car Sales Manager (Barry) and the Service Manager (John) are in breach of the verbal contract we had agreed upon. Deceivig and unhelpfull Bought a 2011 Town and country from them First they could not open the car because there was a problem . Lost my trip Then , next day care was fixed Bought a 2011 Town and country from them First they could not open the car because there was a problem . Lost my trip Then , next day care was fixed was salesperson Brendan was too lazy to take the car to me for test drive , even though we had agreed on price and that I needed to close the deal next day,Closed the deal but car was not ready. Car was delivered to me at 8PM. Next morning saw a big crack on the bumper. Called brendan and all he could say is that I got a good deal Went another time to the dealership in the hope that management wold be more understanding. I wish ! The Manager , Barry came and right of the bat said nothing could be done. I pointed out that they don't sell cars on the lot with cracked bumpers and that most likely happened at detailing or delivery He said the crack was there and had the nerve to say that their job is not point out defects on the cars to customers Sure, Barry! Way to treat your customers but hiding problems from them! The actual buying process was nice. Much better then at Camelback ford with no high pressure aftermarket sales Courtesy chevrolet, If you are to honor you first name , change the way these people behave. Otherwise you are just chevrolet More
