I usually have a great service at this dealership but you’ve been working on my car since July 28 and still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. I believe that the service reps assumed from my descript you’ve been working on my car since July 28 and still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. I believe that the service reps assumed from my description of the problem that the problem was caused by a common factor and a proper diagnostic test was not performed… I’ve yet to see the report. Parts were bought and old parts replaced and problem was not fixed. Last time I was contacted was august 10 with an update. I called august 12….. still not finished…. When first “repairs” were done I had to remove jolly ranchers candy wrappers/trash from my car. The “loner” car smells of sweat and is dirty. And if I’m waiting in the waiting area I want someone to come talk to me if I’m about to spend $800 dollars in repairs…. I don’t want an email updating me. Proper Customer service is being taken for granted. Only positive comment I can say is Everybody has been nice. More

I was so pleased with the service I got at Med Center Mazda. My battery was dying on me and Barry Burns not only got me in to check on the battery, but sent a video of the repairman professionally looki Mazda. My battery was dying on me and Barry Burns not only got me in to check on the battery, but sent a video of the repairman professionally looking over the entire car and pointing out all the things he inspected. No other repairs were necessary at this time. They were also able to do the fuel-pump recall service that was due, and now I'm safely driving again. My salesman, Fred Farmer, also took an interest in making sure all my needs were met. More
