Hobbies; Fishing, Dancing, Cars and Travel I recently became a grandfather for the first time to Ryder West, my grandson. How I got my roll at Huntington Honda; I began as a Sales & Leasing Consultant over 14 years ago at Huntington Honda. I was promoted to Floor Manager August 2013. I believe that I am the most qualified to help customers because; I have been involved in various wholesale and retail businesses over the past 40 years. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount to me. Having attained my managerial position as a result of my product knowledge and sales experience at Huntington Honda places me in a perfect position to assist both the sales staff and our customers. I always tell customers that they have Barry for life. It's not about today's sale but that I will be there to help at any time in the future.

Salesman Vinson immediately went over our options and convinced us to go again with Huntington Honda. We have been customers of Huntington Honda for almost 5 years and decided to go again with them. I got a test drive on a CRV with a push start engine and a bigger screen. I liked the car and we started the negotiation for the car. All this while I am thinking I am negotiating on the car i got the test drive in, but the salesperson was negotiating on a lower car model. We strike a deal on an agreed upon price and I told him I would come to pick up the car in a day or so and sign the final papers. When I went to sign the final papers, salesman did not offer to show me the car before. He rushed me into signing the papers and lastly give me the keys. I was shocked to see that the car did not have a push start, nor did it had any of the other features. I was disappointed, shocked and could not process what just happened. I told the salesperson that this was not the car i signed up for to which he responded that this is the car that we have been negotiating all this while. I went home still not able to process what just happened. I went to see the salesman again the very next day frustrated and after a long discussion he said he would not be able to do anything. He brought the sales manager Barry Weckstein. The sales manager was rude and even went to the extent saying he did not want my business because of the low monthly installment offered. This was the limit. We walked out of the showroom hoping to never come back here for any future business. They take advantage of people and rush people into purchasing cars, so they can make their commissions and ultimately profit with no regards to customer service. Take your business somewhere else. Triple D-Dishonest, Deceitful, and Disgraceful My husband and I went to Huntington Honda over the July 4th weekend. We worked with Barry the manager and Josh a salesperson. We agreed upon a price f My husband and I went to Huntington Honda over the July 4th weekend. We worked with Barry the manager and Josh a salesperson. We agreed upon a price for a car with Barry but he had to find the car for us. We called everyday since then and were told they had to find a car but that agreed upon price was still good. Barry is now on vacation. My husband and I went to the dealership tonight hoping to finalize the deal...............but the manager there now backed out of the deal Barry made. He said "programs" changed and it isn't worth it for him to make the deal anymore. This whole experience was absolutely pathetic. They are dishonest, deceitful and completely uncaring. Take your business someplace else!!!! More

Huntington Honda Loses a Loyal Customer On January 1st 2019 I signed the paperwork on a new lease for a Honda Pilot EX-L. I've been a happy and loyal customer since 2007 and this is my 5th v On January 1st 2019 I signed the paperwork on a new lease for a Honda Pilot EX-L. I've been a happy and loyal customer since 2007 and this is my 5th vehicle purchased or leased with Huntington Honda, unfortunately it will be my last. Four of the five vehicles I leased were deals done with their longtime salesman AK Bhuiyan. I always felt I received a fair deal after some negotiating and AK Bhuiyan.never promised me something he couldn't deliver, until now. As I was discussing the deal with AK Bhuiyan., because I'm a longtime loyal customer and was turning in a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L, I asked if I would have to pay the $400.00 disposition fee. AK Bhuiyan informed me that I wouldn't have to pay the fee, and that I should call the finance company (Fusion Auto Finance) and inform them I was getting into a new lease and provide them with the VIN# of the new vehicle. This should've been an obvious red flag and I should've asked AK Bhuiyan to put it in writing to guarantee the fee would be waived, but in my loyalty I became complacent and that's my fault. I signed the paperwork, which also indicates that I'm responsible for the fee, again my fault for trusting a car salesman and not having him note waiving the fee on the contract. Why didn't AK Bhuiyan tell me I was responsible for the fee and the dealership couldn't or wouldn't waive it? I don't know, maybe he thought I wouldn't close the deal. But again I've been a customer for 12 years and wouldn't walk away if AK Bhuiyan was honest and up front in this situation. Of course I signed the deal, then called Fusion Auto finance and the representative told me that I was responsible for the fee and they couldn't waive it; the dealership would have to cover it. I first called the Huntington Honda business manager, Julio Martinez, who was nice enough but didn't have any information and referred me to AK Bhuiyan again, who told me that if Fusion wouldn't waive the fee he would give me a complimentary oil change. It's laughable, surprising and just disappointing. I let my guard down by taking AK Bhuiyan at his word and paid the price. $400 won't break me or break Huntington Honda, but it's the principle - something that is lost on Barry Weckstein and this dealership. I filled out the Honda survey and then, naturally, got a call from sales manager Barry Weckstein inquiring about my displeasure with the dealership. He was clearly annoyed and implied that I was lying because I had signed the paperwork, there was nothing in writing about waiving the fee and of course he doesn't know if AK Bhuiyan ever promised me I wouldn't have to pay the disposition fee. Barry Weckstein reminded me I signed all the paperwork stating I was responsible for the fee, which I did and have acknowledged but it doesn't make up for the FACT that his salesman misled me and lied. Sales manager Barry Weckstein was rude, uncaring and was annoyed when I reminded him that I've been a happy & loyal customer (longer than he's actually worked at Huntington Honda) and I think he has a lot to learn about how to treat customers. If the dealership wants to lose a loyal customer over $400.00 that's entirely their choice. This isn't just about the money, it's about how you treat people, and this type of behavior - very old school car salesman behavior - is why you can't ever believe what a car salesman tells you. Always get it in writing and don't trust or value their word or become complacent. Barry Weckstein told me he would discuss the disposition fee with his manager and on the second phone call, of course he informed me there was nothing Huntington Honda could or would do. Barry Weckstein was even more rude and more annoyed that I was disappointed that he didn't once acknowledge my customer loyalty. This has not been the experience I've had with Honda or this dealership over the years and it's disappointing. I'll write a letter to Honda corporate and take my business elsewhere. And maybe Barry Weckstein, AK Bhuiyan and the team should value their customers a bit more. More

No call at end of lease / sale lost I have leased three vehicles from Huntington Honda. I currently lease a 2017 Honda Civic Touring and a 2015 CRV EX. I consider myself a good custome I have leased three vehicles from Huntington Honda. I currently lease a 2017 Honda Civic Touring and a 2015 CRV EX. I consider myself a good customer. In October, I made my last lease payment for the CRV. I was expecting to be contacted to return the truck and make arrangements to lease a new one. I received no call or e-mail from Huntington Honda. When I called in November (lease was now over), the receptionist advised me that she had no idea why no one contacted me and to just come in. I had to contact the leasing company and make arrangements for them to pick up my vehicle which was very inconvenient. I feel like they do not appreciate my business and have forgotten about me after the initial sale. It is short sited to forget about a customer after the initial purchase and is just plain bad business. An easy sale was lost and a future sale will also be lost when my Civic lease is up. From other reviews I have read, it seems like this place is going down hill. Many complaints about the finance office (bait and switch) and service department (long waits) lately. With all of the competition out there for business you need to have your act together. This place does not. I ended up leasing a 2019 Subaru Forester from East Hills. Was welcomed and treated very well. More

unprofessional and horrible experience At the end of August my daughter was turning in her existing lease that she had with Huntington Honda that would be her 3rd lease with them . I was w At the end of August my daughter was turning in her existing lease that she had with Huntington Honda that would be her 3rd lease with them . I was with her as well . I have a lease that is soon to expire with HH so that would make 4 leases total. With that much business I thought we would be treated pretty well as a good customer. Wow was I wrong! Barry the sales manager told us that my daughter would be eligble for a lease discount because she was graduating from college in 6 months . Sounds good so far. Then we go to the "finance manager Kaziim " who writes up the paperwork and tells my daughter that she does not have to worry about the remaining payments on the existing loan that they are taking over because of the new lease. He gives me the paperwork to sign and the lease is $15 more a month than agreed upon. why? because Kaziim tells me that they need the forms for the expected graduation and that "he hopes the qualification for the graduation discount goes though". At this point I'm not happy. But Kaziim tells me when I bring the document in, a new contract will be drawn up with the lower price . we sign it which we probably should not have . 3 days later we bringbthe document in expecting a new contract and Kziim writes one up , I sign it and now i'm expecting a copy. He says "No , when the paperwork goes through I will let you know to make sure you qualify". I had to take pictures of the contract. Total xxxxxxxx! Now I go out to talk to Barry and he tells me " I told you if she qualifies" thats the bait and switch they try to pull. A couple of weeks fighting with them and My daughter gets money withdrawn from her bank account for her old lease that HH was supposed to pay off . Back and forth and Arrogant Barry & Kaziim have no time to talk to me. I called multiple times to talk to mangement requesting to talk to the GM muhammad. no good, the last time they told me he was in a conference call and I said I would be called back by him. Waithing an hour and a half and I call back and they tell me he went home for the day, Really? So apparently Management could care less as long as they get your money. As for the old lease pyment, HH was a month behind on paperwork and they paid a month of the new one according to the finance company. Back again to Kaziim that I was still fighting with . He calimed that I would be able to get money back from HH only if we sent him a check first? sounds like a scam now. He had no clue that HH paid a month of the new lease. Ridiculous, As of this writing I have still not recieved an updated contract in the mail ?? because they dont care . A Honda rep called me last week asking to answer a survey of my experience . When I told her horrible it was she apoligized and said that she would let HH management know of my experience. You think they would call ? Nope. Why because they don't care. I would never go back . I will be contacting Executive management at Honda Corporate More
