How I got my roll at Huntington Honda; I began as a Sales & Leasing Consultant over 14 years ago at Huntington Honda. I was promoted to Floor Manager August 2013. I believe that I am the most qualified to help customers because; I have been involved in various wholesale and retail businesses over the past 40 years. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount to me. Having attained my managerial position as a result of my product knowledge and sales experience at Huntington Honda places me in a perfect position to assist both the sales staff and our customers. I always tell customers that they have Barry for life. It's not about today's sale but that I will be there to help at any time in the future.

Should be renamed Horrible Honda Dealer Purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot AK was my salesman. He has a lot of plaques on the wall perhaps one should be for dishonesty. He wanted to sell me the ca Purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot AK was my salesman. He has a lot of plaques on the wall perhaps one should be for dishonesty. He wanted to sell me the car for full sticker price of $39,345. I asked him what about your dealer beating any other dealer price and supposedly you sell more cars then any other Honda dealer. Showed him Edmunds Price promise of $36845 AK lied claimed that was invoice. Invoice for vehicle was $36,044 less hold back to dealer of $576. He then lowered the price to $37400 the next day also offered me low prices on two trades $2000 for a 2008 Toyota Corolla and $14500 for a 2013 Nissan Platinum Premium Pathfinder. he then raised the prices to $3000 and $15,300. He then falsely claimed I needed to finance through the dealer which I already financed elsewhere, The Vin number given to me to obtain insurance cards binder and financing never arrived and I had to redo the insurance and the financing. I was overcharged on roof racks and rails. I was charged $60 labor to remove a luggage rack from the Pathfinder and place it on the Pilot which took 9 minutes. I also had to bring the car back another day to do this as the service department refused to do this on the pick up of the vehicle. Raul and Kazim were nice. This was my third vehicle that I purchased at Huntington Honda it will be my last car that I ever purchase there. Barry is obnoxious and arrogant. My Pathfinder that they gave me $15300 for is now selling at Huntington Honda Certi Care for $18547. More

Awesome Experience! My 2014 Honda Accord lease was ending and I knew that I wanted to lease another Honda, but I wasn't sure what make or model I wanted. My previous lease was also from Huntington Honda and based on the quality service I have previously received, I knew I would go there to trade in my car for a new one. I was a little hesitant because the whole process of car buying and getting into a new lease can be a daunting experience, however that was not the case. I was greeted immediately when I walked into the dealership and was helped by a man named Vir Singh. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He allowed me to test drive the Honda HR-V, which I enjoyed and later ended up leasing. I can't thank Vir enough for making this last experience so great. It was quick, easy, and enjoyable. More

After we refused the deal, they refused to give me my deposit back until I went to the dealership and threatened to make a huge scene. Stay away, they are the car sales stereotype we all hate. They use that silly tactic to get your credit card to "show you are serious" which is just to keep you from walking out when they leave you waiting there while they play games and plan how they will screw you. Honda is too good a car for Honda Motor Company to allow this, but they do allow it. They claim no control over their dealers. How about "knock off the xx or you are not going to get any cars to sell". Greed. More

Employees are nice, but get everything in writing Miscommunication of availability of features on car. Dealership is not taking responsibility for their portion of the error. They don't seem to care that they are likely losing a long time customer with 3 Hondas. Also, there were errors on the contract they were still crossing out and fixing when I returned to try to find out my options for recourse. At first, they started suggesting possible fixes, and then when I asked more questions, they took them off the table. The longer I sat there (over 2 hours, half of it sitting by myself staring out the window), the less they were willing to consider providing any assistance. While I don't think I was intentionally misled, it is a terrible feeling to spend so much money and be stuck with the WRONG CAR. Update: While they would not budge on correcting the mistake, they agreed to adding an accessory as an olive branch. I was told this would take 2 hours and I should wait, so I scheduled an appointment for early am. After 2 hours, I was told it would be another 2 hours, so I borrowed a car and went home. So, again, while the intentions are good, there needs to be better communication. Everyone I dealt with for servicing was very nice and apologetic, but verify and re-verify everything. More

Instead of recieving my deposit today or tomorrow I have to wait until next week because of this. I am never buying Honda and if I do Huntington will never be an option. More
