My daughter brought her car in and was treated with poor customer service. She has a tire that was below 4/32 and we have tires for life and she was not even told about the tire. Live in Enid Ok & have Tahoe serviced in OKC from dealership where vehicle was purchased new. Bit of a drive & sometimes hard to schedule. Think there should be some kind of a discount or incentive dealership where vehicle was purchased new. Bit of a drive & sometimes hard to schedule. Think there should be some kind of a discount or incentive for people who buy from dealership. $80-$100 is a little pricey for $40 bbl oil!! More

Best car purchasing experience I've had yet honestly, they really gave me exactly what I wanted no games nothing hidden even worked with me to correct an unusual issue a month after purchasing the vehicl they really gave me exactly what I wanted no games nothing hidden even worked with me to correct an unusual issue a month after purchasing the vehicle was not a warranty issue i feel that they could have ignored it like most car lots when you dont notice something you have a problem with before the cool off period but no they made things right real stand up an thats my dealer for life... David Stanley is a great dealership I met them in 2010 when I bought my HHR from them and they have helped me service the car through the years they have always been professional their work is always exce when I bought my HHR from them and they have helped me service the car through the years they have always been professional their work is always excellent and it is a treasure to have a Great service department you can trust the sales department did not do a good job the guy that sold me the car was arrogant and did not address the situation very well I did not get my papers he did not put the car in the right name it was just one thing after the other but the service department is great More
