Every service something is forgotten. My next service setting was never updated and I came for service for NO reason, because my car said it was due. I was told it would be reset before My next service setting was never updated and I came for service for NO reason, because my car said it was due. I was told it would be reset before I left and it was not. No follow through. Genesis is supposed to compete with luxury brands, instead you offer Hyundai service to Genesis customers. A nice showroom is not enough. Major fail EVERY TIME. More
