When the deal was agreed upon, he set up the app on my phone (guiding me through it) and made sure I understood how to navigate it for future use. He explained and demonstrated (in my car) how to operate and use the specific features of my car, patiently taking the time to answer each of my questions. Barry assured me that no question is unimportant. He told me if I have questions in the future to please stop by and see him, as he is always available for any assistance needed.
