Jim Greenfield was so helpful with the purchase of a new car. He worked with me to find a hybrid Camry, helping me to understand this car since I've never had a hybrid before. My husband and I had been in a car. He worked with me to find a hybrid Camry, helping me to understand this car since I've never had a hybrid before. My husband and I had been in a car accident, my car was totaled. We were looking to replace the car as quickly as we could. We understand how difficult it is right now with available inventory. Mr Greenfield was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions about the arrival of the vehicle. I must say very patient also. We have owned a number of Toyotas. There was no question in my mind that I would be getting a Toyota when it came time to replace my car. I'm very happy that I will be associated with Metro Toyota for many years to come. And I know that I can rely on Mr. Greenfield to help with any questions that I may have. More
